Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their vehicle before installation.

3. Installation & Product Use

XTRABEAM products are designed to enhance vehicle lighting performance when installed correctly.

For best results we recommend proper installation using standard automotive practices or professional installation when necessary.

XTRABEAM is not responsible for issues that may result from:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Vehicle wiring modifications

  • Use outside the intended purpose

  • Electrical issues unrelated to the product

  • Vehicle-specific compatibility variations

Customers are also responsible for ensuring that aftermarket lighting modifications comply with local laws and regulations in their area.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on XTRABEAM.ca you agree that:

  • All information provided during checkout is accurate

  • The billing and shipping information belongs to you or is authorized by the payment holder

  • The order reflects your intended purchase

Orders may be cancelled or held for verification if fraud prevention systems detect unusual activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier and location.

XTRABEAM is not responsible for delays caused by:

If a shipment shows delivered according to the carrier tracking system, it will be considered fulfilled.

6. Returns & Exchanges

XTRABEAM products include a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

8. Refund & Chargeback Policy

We strive to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

Customers agree to contact XTRABEAM directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Submitting a chargeback for a successfully delivered product or for issues that fall outside our warranty or return policies may delay future purchases or support.

Order records, shipping confirmations, and communication history may be used to verify order fulfillment in the event of a payment dispute.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTRABEAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product under the terms of the applicable warranty policy.
