XTRABEAM Return Policy

At XTRABEAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
✅ Products must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✅ Returns due to manufacturer defects may be eligible for a replacement or store credit (see Warranty Policy for details).
Customers will be refunded their money once the product is in the sellers possession and passes signs of use inspection.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return and if the return fails inspection the customer will not be refunded any money.
🚫 Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The product has been installed, used, modified, or damaged by improper handling.
- The return is requested after 30 days from the purchase date.
- The product is a final sale or clearance item.
2. Return Process
If you meet the return eligibility requirements, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us – Email us at [XTRABEAMLED@GMAIL.COM] with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization – We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item sent by XTRABEAM.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund – Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
All returns may have a 15% restocking fee
3. Exchanges
If you need a different product or a replacement, you can request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns. If the desired item is out of stock, store credit or a refund will be offered.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✅ Photos of the issue
✅ Your order number
We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.
5. Non-Returnable Items
🚫 The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed, modified, or damaged products
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale products
- Items returned without original packaging
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
- XTRABEAM is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.
